Requirements

1. 01 - Libre deuda de patente
The project’s Business Plan/Feasibility Study (Simple copy)
Business plan should state clearly the project objective, information regarding the investor (profile), details of investment costs (foreign and local expected capital expenditure), how the proposed investment will be financed, specific sources(s) of finance for the project, terms and conditions of the loan if applicable, sources of technology if applicable, project financial and economic analysis, market study, project capacity, production process if applicable, environmental impact assessment, expected employment generation, proposed implementation schedule, etc.

Branches of foreign companies are not eligible for Certificate of incentive. To be eligible for a certificate of incentive a minimum of 100,000 USD capital for locals and 500,000 USD for Foreign investors is required.

Evidence of financial capital (original)
minimum of 100,000 USD for local and 500,000 USD for foreign investors. A local investor is a Tanzanian company with a majority of Tanzanian shareholders. A foreign investor is a company incorporated in Tanzania with a majority of foreign shareholders.
